Would you return a new but re-packaged man's formal shirt?

Sorry bit of a dull dilemma. Bought two of the more expensive formal flat wrapped shirts for my DH, from M&S. I thought they might be too big but as requested, I carefully unpacked one and he insisted they fitted so tried the other.

He has now bowed to my better judgement and said they don't fit. Repacked they look fine and saleable but probably not exactly like others on shelf. Would you return them?

Yes. I work in customer service you should be fine providing you have the receipt.

Yes, I would and I have actually done this myself. Person in M and S didn't bat an eyelid.

Yes, you're expected to try them on before deciding if they fit! They'll repackage them properly before putting them back on sale
