I have decided to get buff for summer and I'm doing a half an hour fitness dvd a day.
I'm extremely blessed in the chest, around a size 28G and wondered if anyone had any exercise bra recommendations. I couldn't care less about the look of the thing as long as it works. But budget is a bit of an issue.
Currently I'm bobbing up and down in front of the telly physically holding them up, and I don't have net curtains.
Help!

The Panache Sport is my personal favourite (I'm a 30HH). Freya also do a couple of underwired sports bras which are very good.

The alternative is something like a Shock Absorber Max which work by compression - so they squish your boobs down - whereas the Panache contains without flattening. You'd want to try a 30 in the Shock Absorber and possibly in Freya as both run small (the shock absorbers extremely so!) and your normal size in the panache probably.
