Just that really.
I stopped biting my nails a year ago and they still constantly split, bend and I can peel layers off the nail.
Any recommendations?

Mine are exactly the same. I ordered OPI Nail Envy this afternoon which I remember worked well on them about a year ago. Mine have suddenly got horrendous in the last couple of months.

Thanks, I have only myself to blame, any sign of weakness and I peel them (nail polish and all)

Mine were terrible and atm are amazing
Really strong and long, they only thing I can think it might be is taking a vit b complex, its the only thing Im doing different.
It was only a cheap bottle from Tesco.

Mine are like that. I've tried all sorts of products etc, but now I am putting LED cured gel polish on my nails, and the extra layers of indestructible nail polish are really protecting my nails, so that I can actually grow them. I bought and use the SensatioNail gel kit.

I use Rimmel nail rescue when my nails are thin and splitting (usually due to picking off gel polish it works a treat

Solar oil by cnd worked amazing to get mine from short and bitten to lovely long and strong for my wedding and also sorted them out after I took the hideous shellac off (don't do it) I use it morning and night
