For the last year I have developed a mask. Well, both my cheeks are covered in red spots . These are not normal spots but bright red and sort of under the skin. My for head, chin and nose are more are merely clear , it's just this mask like area across each cheek.

I have tried various facial washes and lotions but they have not shifted one bit.

Has anyone had similar and if so any luck in clearing this.

my Dr recommend changing contraception which I did from the pill to coil bug no change in my face Blush

Don't want to cause any worry but you should look into Malar rash or rosacea.

I have this too but mine is on my nose too and a little on my forehead. I'm going to be brave and see my GP about it on Monday as I'm worried that it might be a malar rash. I really hope it isn't.

Afink, yours doesn't sound like Malar rash.

My friend got this when she had a mirena, she didn't get on well with it & had it removed (she was mid 40s when she had the mirena to try & reduce heavy/perimenopausal periods).
