help with bra sizing

I normally wear a 32ff, the underwire on my favorite bra snapped in the wash and I ordered 2 new bras from brastop but they are too tight and both give me a back boob on the loosest clasp. I scooped as much as i could but that made me overspill the cup. What sizes should I be looking for? Up a back size or up a cup size or both?

Start by measuring yourself using this guide

Is it the same brand as your current bras? Some are just tighter.

Try the new ones back to front - that should give you the idea how the band itself feels. If it's fine, go up in cup. If you can't breathe, go up in back.

definitely check measurements. Wires popping and snapping is often an indication that the cup size is too small which distorts the wires and puts far too much strain on them.

I ordered a curvy Kate and a panache bra, the one that snapped is a Fantasie.

Fantasie tend to be generous in both band and cup
