Need a outfit by the weekend- this may be impossible criteria?!

Size 14, very early pregnancy so need to skim tummy not too clingy, hate upper arms so need to hide theses and can't wear heels- need an outfit for a reception sat night. Any ideas?

I'm wearing this at a reception in a fortnight - covers my tum, and arms. Not sure about no heels - on a mission to find some this aft! Lots of sparkly flats around at the moment it seems, though.
