Sandals that cover toes completely?

I have terrible toenails. Dreadful.

Long term fungal infection - I can't take the oral meds and any other treatment will be long and drawn out. Which leaves me with my ongoing sandal problem - finding nice, cool sandals that still cover my toes.

I love Birkenstocks but the clogs are just too hot for summer.

Has anyone seen any nice ones this season? in advance.

I have bought these online, but they haven't arrived, yet. I really hope I like them, because I'm really excited about them!

I LOVE Swedish Hasbeens. They look lovely, I'd be excited too.

I wore these for a lot of the last two summers but they're not really suitable for my current job. Or driving!

I can't stand any toes (mine or anyone else's), and have never worn open toed sandals in my life... So might be able to help. (So outing myself if anyone knows me!)

I wear ballet shaped shoes with holes or cut outs in them (I think both next and Clarks have done this year). Last year I got a air of sketchers 'go walk' which are lacy ish although still fairly casual. Usually clarks have other summery shoes in.

Have a look at walking sandals, there are a few closed toe ones around, but again, not very pretty...

Ah, like a shoe but with holes in? That sounds good. My current standard work shoe is the Clarks brogue (patent black) so I get the sizing OK.

Summer must be hell for you Jenijena ... too much foot everywhere!

I've just bought these. I've only worn them around the house so far, but they are really, really comfy.

The navy is a lovely colour. I'm super pale too, so black's a bit harsh and the navy would be a bit softer. Lots of ideas here! Super!
