What's this clothing brand label?

This jacket was a hand me down from ex SiL. No idea where it came from, but want to eBay it now. Can't make out the label to put in description. Does anyone recognise it?

Mossimo is an in-house brand at Target. Target is a step up from K Mart and Walmart - known for their occasional designer collaborations, but nothing fancy. H&M or Primark type item.
