Label free cotton vest tops needed

I'm looking for some 100% cotton vest tops with no itchy lables on the side seams (would like a thicker strap if possible)

I don't mind buying some that have a label if it can be removed easily (with a seam ripper) but most are stiched into the seam with the thread that holds the sides together.

I need a few as corset liners so must be fitted rather than loose. Not to fussed on colour but black is preferable.

Has anyone seen anything suitable?

Look at the gap website. Companies today seem to want to print war and peace on labels. So annoying.

Matalan 'long line vest top' £4 have a printed label. Others they sell may too. Size down for a close fit under things though. 95% cotton according to their website

Boden teen vests are great, no label, cotton, thick straps, fitted.

cut labels out?

Cutting labels out leaves behind a little bit on the seams and that is sometimes more scratchy and irritating than the original label. My skin has always been very sensitive to labels on clothes.

Primark. Cheap as chips, no label as such - the details are printed on the inside - long... I buy them and size down - keeps the muffin top at bay under clothes

Or at least no label at the top of the primary ones.. Sorry can't remember if there's one on the side seam but wouldn't imagine it'd be a problem removing it..

It's the side seam labels that are the main issue rather than the neck ones. Primark vests have them stitched with that same thread that holds the sides together and they use a loop type stitch (possibly done with a serger rather than a sewing machine). I have a few primark vests bought last year that have all required to be cut open and side re-stitched to remove the label but I no longer have my sewing machine and I'm useless at hand stitching

I do have a great H&M vest top with an itch free label but it's too synthetic for under a corset (they make you sweat a fair bit so need high % of cotton or other natural , breathable fibre).

As you are wearing a corset over it perhaps you could just wear them inside out so the label doesnt bother you.

Uniqlo - why have I never heard of this shop before? I just spent about an hour browsing thier website. I want to buy loads from there - whats the sizing like? I'm a large 12 / small 14 with big norks - I usually need a 16 in tops to accommodate them but my corset takes my waist down to 27/28 inches so I don't want too much spare fabric hanging around.

Also looking at this top should I go for large or meduim. Will wear to work so just my normal non corset size. I'm thinking large.

Wear them inside out if they are to line a corset.

Uniqlo is ace tho.

Well I know corsets aren't for everyone but I find them a lot more comfortable than spanx type underwear and the inch reduction is much greater. They are great for your posture and once they mould to your shape they really are comfortable. The only downside is the lack of bending in the middle.
