What hat, bag and shoes with this dress?

Can anyone help me find accessories to go with this dress please?

I HAVE to wear a hat (or even a dreaded fascinator). I've got a red bag and shoes but not sure they'll match, would you go with navy, white or something completely different? And I have size 3 feet.

Budget is more high street than designer though I'm prepared to splash out on the right stuff.

I was going to suggest red shoes then read that's what you have. I think they'd look fab.

What about something like this as a head piece, maybe if you could get similar in the blue to match. I know a company that makes headpieces & she can dye the material to match.
