Moisturiser help desperately needed.

So. The relevant info:

25, very (seriously!) oily skin and acne.

Acne largely controlled with antibiotics and hibiscrub and peroxide gel.

The hibiscrub wash and peroxide gel leaves me with really dry patches on my skin.

I have tried, Clinique, Olay, Nivea and Simple moisturisers. But all made me break out more.

Any reccomendations?

Eucerin do a really good intense moisturiser which will sort out the dry bits. I think it's about £11 in boots. It's very gentle on sensitive skin.

It may be worth using something like that on the dryness then an oil free moisturiser on the rest of your face if you're prone to oily skin.

I have used Clinique anti-blemish oil free moisturiser which made my skin feel lovely. I have bad acne and perioral dermatitis so have to be really careful what I use (I'm allergic to all the ones you listed in your op Grin) but have never had a problem with Clinique. Also boots used to do a sensitive skin range which had a good oil free moisturiser which wasn't very expensive. I'm not sure if they still do it as I've not used it for a couple of years but it's worth a look.

La roche posay hydraphase light is excellent. Soothes the dry patches but keeps the oil under control as well. I also really rate their compensating moisturiser that's designed for skin that is treated with harsh acne products.
I have to be very careful with moisturisers as so many seem to break me out. These have always been great for me though. Smile
