I know I'm supposed to soak feet each day after applying but what do I do beforehand, a quick soak or scrub or anything or just put the socks on? My rhino feet need as much help as possible.

Just soak in warm water before you pur them on and I was advised to put Vaseline on the top of my feet as well as nails :-)

It's amazingly gross!! We loved it. Definitely soak every night, it makes a huge different and remember not to moisturise your feet. Enjoy!!
