Help me find a dress for my hen do!

Hi all, would love your help!
My hen do is end of May so I still have a little time but like to be organised, ideally I would like a dress but not closed to other ideas.
I am 27, size 16-18 with huge boobs! I like to have my arms covered and not a fan of low cut, I prefer a higher neckline.
My style is a little bit vintage/boho and I'm open to any colour!

why a dress btw?

Lj8893 · 14/04/2015 14:26

I'm open to any type of outfit, I just usually feel more comfortable in dresses for night out!

would you wear the Lipsy dress with a strapless bra?

Lj8893 · 14/04/2015 14:34

Yes I think I would have to wear a strapless bra, but that's not a huge issue.

Sleeves

Lj8893 · 14/04/2015 14:38

That's lovely, not right for me though, but my mum is looking for a dress too and it's very much her style so thankyou, you may have solved one outfit dilemma Smile

Not convinced about the Lipsy dress in white - looks a bit bridal Smile

ASOS has lots - have a look here www.asos.com/search/boho-dress?q=boho+dress&pgesize=36&refine=attribute_900:attributeitem_1465|size:size_1920,size_1992|currentprice:15%3C50|brand:brand_53,brand_13172,brand_14569,brand_14340,brand_14284,brand_14480,brand_13138,brand_13972,brand_14174,brand_14288,brand_12117,brand_481,brand_13817,brand_13850,brand_14126,brand_14572,brand_3663,brand_14539&currentpricerange=15-215

Think I can get away with bridal though since it's my hen do (and I'm likely to be draped with tacky hen party wear knowing my bridesmaids!!)

I've trawled through Asos and all the ones I like haven't got my size typically, but they do update regularly so I will keep checking.

Any thoughts on this one?

I'm not keen on that one, only because I can imagine it clinging (to me) in a bad way around my hips etc. I can imagine it looking good on other people though!

Lj8893 · 15/04/2015 12:44

Yes it does look like it could be clingy material, I haven't got hips for it to cling too Hmm but I certainly have lots of other places it can cling to!

I really like that lipsy one, and I don't think bridal is an issue in this case - you are the bride!

Lj8893 · 15/04/2015 14:09

Thankyou, I think I will order it and see how it looks. It might be hideous on!
