Lined waterproof jacket for 8 year old DS

DS needs a navy or black jacket for school. I can't find one that is waterproof, lined (cotton or fleece), hooded, plain and lightweight enough for spring and summer. Unfortunately, his school is very strict about the colours. Can anyone help? Budget is £30 max but the cheaper the better!

I think that Next one looks a bit warm. MandS one says it's lined but doesn't say what it's lined with. The JL one is very cute. And thanks for the mountain warehouse and Trespass waterproofs - I think I will go with one of these.
