Did the measure thing on their website and seemingly a size 7??? Going to bite the bullet and buy a pair of red ones but first wanted to check whether you bought your own size or a size bigger. Thanks!

I'm a narrow 5.5. I got the 6, and it's fine, but not a lot of extra room so I could certainly believe you need a 7. I think (last year) they had templates you could print out, if you want to make extra sure?

Greengardenpixie · 12/04/2015 19:36

I printed out the template but when i measured the scale of the template, it was slightly out and not quite 100% It said a 7 was best with 1cm allowance but i just wanted to check that it was right. Thanks. Sounds like it is.

Pandsbear · 12/04/2015 20:13

Am a small 4 bought a 4 and there was loads of room...

BallroomWithNoBalls · 12/04/2015 20:13

Just getting on to the thread as I'm considering some - am a 4.5 usually so no idea what to go for. Am heavily pregnant and more like a 5 at the moment.

I've read that they always start off tight, you get them wet and then they stretch and fit your feet, a bit tricky when you're trying them on in a shop though!

My MIL is off to America next month and I want her to get me some (so much cheaper out there) I'm nervous about sizings as I can't try them on. Though they seem to sell well on eBay if I get it wrong!

MrsNuckyThompson · 12/04/2015 21:11

My mum's a 3.5 and I ordered her the 4. They are perfect.

BikeRunSki · 12/04/2015 21:16

Saltwater reviews, seem to come up small

I can buy them locally, but can't get their 8 on. It's the biggest size. 9 normally fits.

BikeRunSki · 12/04/2015 21:18

..., I meant 8 normally fits.

DaffyDuck88 · 12/04/2015 22:10

They are a US brand, so you need to size up. I'm normally a UK 4.5 / 5 but wear a size 6 Saltwater. I worked for a while in a shop selling them and we always advised people to size up. Love them, really comfy and I can't normally do totally flat shoes.

TurnOverTheTv · 12/04/2015 22:11

I'm a 5 and had to get a 6

BlackBettyBamALam · 12/04/2015 22:57

I'm a 7 and mine fit fine. They've been in water and all sorts as I wore them everywhere last summer. Definitely worth getting, soooo comfy.

mewkins · 12/04/2015 23:31

5.5 and needed a 6. (Tries a 5 and sent them back). I am a 5 in Birkies.

Greengardenpixie · 13/04/2015 09:22
