Dehydrated skin

My skin is really dehydrated. Know I should drink more to really help. But I want a quick fix!!

Skin care routine is good but read on here about hylauronic acid. Which one would you recommend?

I have used Hyalauron, didn't think it was a wonder product, what really made a difference was facial oil, I'd try Clarins Blue Orchid or L'Oreal Extraordinary oil

Almond oil is also very good (and cheap).

I have dry skin and use Olay Total Effects or Avon Reversalist 40+. My skin has never been better.

My skin isn't dry billy its dehydrated so need some sort of hylauronic acid.

Thought the extraordinary oil was for hair?

If you can get it there's a serum for dehydrated skin that Sali Hughes recommends from Superdrug - the range is called something like Simply Pure and the packaging is white and jade green. It costs about £3 and is amazing. I use it at night at Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair in the day - sometimes I layer both at night if my skin's really dehydrated. The Origins Drink Up mask is also very good.

The only moisturiser that completely rehydrates my skin is La Roche Posay Nutritic Intense Riche, it's an absolute miracle cream and not greasy at all. I use a Simple facial exfoliating wash to get rid of any dry bits once a week and then use the Roche Posay cream every day and as a night cream too.

Mentioned on here a lot, but Astral cream is brilliant. Really cheap too, so you can slap loads on. I wash my face with aqueous cream (again very cheap) which helps to stop it drying out more.

Nivea blue pot as a night cream. Layered over a facial oil if my skin is particularly thirsty.
