bikini for super pale skin

I'm talking so white I'm nearly blue skin that does not tan! I've always avoided bikinis due to being a bit soft in the middle (pasty white flab, no thanks) but have lost some weight and would like to leave the matronly swimming costumes at home this year!

I've looked a bit in the shops and there seem to be lots of really bright colors but I feel these would just highlight how glow in the dark my skin is!

Has anyone seen any good bikinis that would complement a really pale skin tone? Hair is mid brown and short.

I quite like navy - less harsh than black. I also wear a lot of red. Mind you, I tend to think that nothing will stop me looking pale, so I wear what I like.

If you are likely to burn even a little or if you go pink in the sun then I'd avoid a pink or red bikini as it will just emphasise any pink tones in your skin. Green is great for emphasising lovely pale skin and downplaying any slight pinkness.

Agree that navy looks better than black.

I hadn't even considered navy, I was worried blue might just highlight the blue undertones of my skin, but I can see that navy might not do that!
I do love green, but the mint/pastel shades feel too cold, not managed to find any nice mid shade options yet but will keep looking!
I had been looking at orange, but I guess that would also be a sunburn risk?

I have red hair and have the fluorescent white skin to go with it, I wear navy or stone bikinis they are more forgiving than many colours.

I think turquoise would work on you, it suits all skin tones.

I'm pale too with neutral and cool undertones. My best colors in clothing are denim blues, soft whites, olive green and khaki, dark gray, navy, taupe, pale purples and watermelon red. I don't tan much, but last year I found a bikini in snakeprint (=shades of taupes and whites and chocolate browns) that is awesome and another that is slate blue. Both work really well with my skintone. I've just startd wearing shorts again and noticed that my legs don't look pale at all in those colors. But if I put on a black and white bikini I would look lily white...

I am pale and find turquoise and aqua flattering

I would go for anything bright (no yellow) or indeed navy. Turquoise or navy with white polka dot would be my top choice.

I think bright blues and greens look best on pale skin, from looking round at the beach. I have a similar problem!
