Hi, am looking for a high impact sports bra for running. Normal size 32H. Any recommendations? Usually wear Fantasie bras. Also posting this in sports. Thanks!

Just to say don't buy M&S, the last 2 I bought there are rubbish. Elastic poking out of straps and the adjuster thing on the straps keeps slipping.

I love Sports Direct's sports bras. Very comfortable, wash well, never rub or dig in and give good support when I run. But I'm 32C. No idea if they would be supportive enough for H cup.

Shock absorber or freya

Thanks for the replies. Someone linked me to another thread with advice and am going to try shock absorber :)

The shock absorbers run very small in the band. You'll almost certainly need to try a size up. Personally (I'm a similar size, 30HHish) my favourite is the Panache sport which gives great support. The freya is great too - I'd rate both above the shock absorber. They work in different ways though - the shock absorber is a strap em down flat bra. The freya and panache both work through encapsulation - so they contain your breasts but don't squash them

Shock absorber-running bra is my favourite.

You want the Freya Active moulded crop top, or the Panache sports bra.

Third choice would be the Enell - fantastic support-wise, but not as comfortable as the other two IMO.

Those recommending Shock Absorber can't have H-cup boobs - the Run is the only version with anything like the level of support you want, but they don't go up to that cup size. But that doesn't matter because it's nowhere near as good as either of the two newest Freya models anyway!

basically, I echo what Statistically said!

The panache is quite a good price on amazon if you're not too bothered what colour you have
