HoIk and scoop - up two cup sizes!

Wow. Following advice from a major bra interventionist I have hoiked and scooped. The result, a lot less back fat and up two cup sizes from a 34 C to 34 D or DD. Who knew that those puppies were there all along, hiding.

Yup, I went from a 34B to a 32DD in the space of 5 minutes.

Once you are scooping regularly it's not that unusual to gain another cup size too. ..

What's hoiking and scooping? Isn't it just jiggling so th boobs settle in the cup? Though God forbid I should go up in cup size anymore they've beeb growing ever since ds was born

I jiggle first, but many people need to do more. Once the bra is on, but your left hand inside your right cup and scoop forward all the spare soft tissue you find there. You're reaching round sort of behind the cup any underarm bulges and backfat and pulling that in to the cup. repeat on the other side.

Thank you ive just done that and my back fat is definitely reduced, that bit around the straps that bulges out! Thankfully still fitting in the cup

I had great advice from people here and went from a 36a to a 32f. Immense comfort with shoving everything where it should be.

36dd to 34g.

The woman in the shop here in NZ even said "are you scooping?" as if it was entirely normal.
