Babyliss Big Hair equivalent in the USA?

OK so I've drunk the Mumsnet KoolAid and am now convinced that I need a Babyliss Big Hair to transform my "witches' wig" hair into sophisticated waves of shiny smooth loveliness.

Trouble is that the BBH doesn't seem to be available in the US. Are there any US Mumsnetters who have bought and are happy with another model? Is the Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium the same thing/ close enough to make no difference?

Afaik Conair infinity pro spin air brush is the bbh.

Burnishedsilver is right. I spend a lot of time in America and I have the big hair for home and the con air for America. It's exactly the same.
