Help - pregnancy acne?

Hi all, 11 weeks pregnant and have developed what seems to be a crop of pimples/a rash on my right cheek parallel to my mouth and nose. Never ever suffer from spots or breakouts and haven't changed my skin are regime....is this a thing?!

I'm afraid so! Hormone changes in pregnancy can make you break out when you wouldn't normally. It should clear up post-pregnancy/breastfeeding but worth adjusting your skin routine to deal with it! You can go a long way with good products
