Wonderbra strapless sizing or alternative.

Help please? Could anyone advise me on the size to buy? I am a 30ff, but tried that on and couldn't even get it done up. The only other size they had was a 32d, so I tried that and it seemed ok on the band, but too small on the cups. I tried a black 32 d and that seemed too big everywhere.

Is there a good strapless alternative?

It's worth it if you get the right size. I'm a 30F and wear a 32F in that bra - it was still really tight, but it does need to be, and it does stretch over time. So I think you definitely need to size up in the band and then just try a couple of cup sizes to ensure it's perfect, if you can. It even gives cleavage!

So if I were you I'd try 32FF and the 2 cup sizes either side. No idea why the black one would have been too big. Nude is the way forward anyway :)

I was in Peter Jones on Saturday and the assistant told me the Wonderbra ones are pretty but don't give a great shape or much support, apparently there is a John Lewis strapless which isn't as pretty but works better. I wear Wacoal strapless (32E) and they work well but don't give a push up look.

wonderbra is the best, but yes, it's very tight, I need it a back size up.

The wonderbra gives fantastic support, the Peter Jones assistant was talking nonsense I'm afraid! However the sizing is a bit funky - at a 30HH I wear it in a 32G and the band is about right, cups maybe a little small but no overspill and great cleavage and it's better than the alternatives which actually come in my size. Most people need a band size up, and sometimes 1-2 cups down.

Thank you so much. I will try a 32e, 32 f and 32 ff then, can afford to order 3.

I wear a 32E usually (thanks to Bra Intervention). My Wonderbra strapless is 34D. It's very tight, and holds everything in place.

A word of caution - wear it in gradually. the first time I wore mine was on a hot day, and I had it on for quite a few hours. The silicone grips blistered my skin all around the rib cage. Ouch. Been fine ever since though.
