Does any one know of a good gel or cream for eye bags . I have always woken up with puffy eyes but since I have reached my mid thirties they seem to be permanently puffy .

Olay firm & lift eye gel is worth a try. It certainly improves my eyebags. At the same time, I made an effort to drink more water so it could be that. As a night owl, earlier nights are a bit more of a challenge though

Some people use haemorrhoid cream ...

Do you have blepharitis? I often wake up with puffy eyes & eventually went to see eye specialist who diagnosed blepharitis

Wipe them over every morning with Liz Earle bright eyes as it's very soothing

A silk pillow case can help. If you wake with puffyness in the morning fill a basin with cold water and add an ice cube or two. Then splash the area 10-15 times. I also like Liz Earle bright eyes. Keep it on the fridge so its cold and then pour over cotton wool pads and apply as a compress in the morning
