Can anyone recommend a good eyeliner please? I have quite a list of criteria; navy blue, pencil or felt pen variety, not so hard it drags the eyes or too soft and reasonably green in its ingredients.

So far the ones I've tried are either too hard and really pull my eyes or the current problem - so soft and fragile that it crumbles and leaves tiny lumps that look awful and then spread everywhere falling onto my cheeks and smudge.

I want to be able to use it for gentle lining and for more dramatic gamine eyes -

Eyeliner recommendations please.

Hi
I'm only starting to experiment with eyeliner so don't know how much I can help you!
I'm finding the essence range very good and it's not expensive and available in Penny's over here so maybe try your local primark?
They seem to have a good choice of colours, not too sure about the greenness though
YouTube is good for tutorials on how to apply it
Practice makes perfect seems to be the mantra!

I love the online tutorials, as well. Yes, practise makes perfect (and a steady hand) but my current eyeliner is not helping the attempt at non-ancient, glamorous effect! Easter Blush
I'm using Bare Minerals Long Wearing at the moment. I love the colour and it is easy to apply, but it crumbles and leaves specks of colour all over the place. I've also found the same with their Round the Clock
I found Une and Mavala a bit hard.
I was thinking of trying Dr Hauschka next. I find the felt pen type much easier to manage than a pencil, but haven't seen a green make that does one.
