Help with shoes and accessories please

I got this dress yesterday for a daytime party in a few weeks. What shoes and jewellery would be nice with it? linky. I might also have to get a jacket or cardi in case the weather isn't great, so any suggestions gratefully accepted. I'm late 40's size 16 in case that makes a difference. TIA

That's really pretty. I think I'd get a cardigan the same colour as the dots, and wear red shoes and necklace.

I think that both yellow and teal look lovely with taupe so would look for a statement necklace with either/both those colours in. Although it would very much depend on whether brighter colours suit you. I'd probably find a jacket in the colour of the spots. Tan coloured shoes maybe-nude could look a bit matchy matchy!

Thats really pretty lemon would look lovely, I have a dress similar too yours & wear it with a coral cardi/tan sandals/bag with coral earings or dependent on weather, with pretty gold flipflops & lemon cardi & lemon earrings.

Beige is one of those fortunate colors that gets along with every color, so what's your favourite color. Say for eg it was red. All you need is a red cardigan/jacket. Red necklace but not essential, red earrings and don't know if you wear accsesorize I'm your hair but a red hair band would look nice. Red bag. And flesh tights and red shoes. Like I said doesn't have to be red. Any color would work. Gold nail varnish would look nice

Great dress. Its very pretty woman. I'd like a white cardigan, nude shoe, nude bag, red lips and red nails with it.

Burnished that's exactly the picture I had in my mind, I've always loved that dress. Would the gloves and hat be tooooooo much?

Yeah, I think the gloves might be a step to far :-)
