If your 5'8 and a size 10, how much do you weigh?

That's it really. I'm in the process of loosing weight. I'm currently fitting into the odd size 10 but I'm a pear shape, so jeans shopping is a frustrating affair! I find Next high waisted jeans in a 10 fit well but I'm aware that could be to vanity sizing. So any MN'ers willing to share weight and height would be really helpful.

Not any more but think I was about 9 1/2 /10st.

Sorry - I mean a 10 everywhere, not just Next/ M and S/ Tesco which all have massive sizes IMO.

8 stone 13 . Next size 10 I've always found much bigger than other shops though , even their 8 is big on me but I'm certainly a 10-12 in other high street shops

9.5 stone for me

5'7.5" (slightly shorter). I weigh 9.5stones and wear size 10.

I am usually in a 10 anything up to about 10 stone 5. Depends on the fit though, am pear shaped.

Thank you for your replies, really helpful. I kinda guessed the next sizing was a bit off. Even at my smallest (size 6) I found it tricky to find jeans that fit my hips. I'm 10 stone '4 currently. I ideally want to be able to go into most shops in the confidence a size 10 will fit!

It's funny how you could be taller and weigh less than someone else but still be a size bigger! I'm 5'9" and weigh 10 st 4 lbs and am a 12, actually I can be a 14 in some jeans. I guess it's down to body shape? Im a pear. No tits, slight on top, decent sized hips and bum though

Exactly. I know being a pear it's about balancing your top and bottom and clothes to avoid. I'm a 34d and balconnect bras are my friend

It depends on your shape, I'm a little taller than you and am a 10 between the weights of 9.10 and 10.5 st. Below that and I am an 8/10 and above that I am a 10/12. At 11 st I am a definite 12.

I am 8/10 (10 round hips but smaller waist) and I weigh about 9 and a half stone, probably fluctuate 3 lbs either way.

Pregnant at the moment but I'm 5 foot 8 and I usually weigh 9 stone and am a size 10. Hope I can get back to it - currently more like 11 stone!
