Smart black leather bag for work

Is it so hard? I'm sure it would be easier if I had £££££££ but real budget about £200, preferably less. Please help me find something

Must be black, leather, suitable for work. Ideally something I can carry or 'tote' but would be good if cross body strap too for slinging over me while commuting

Needs to hold usual day stuff, A4 documents would be a bonus

Needs to be smart but I'm a Cos girl so quite like things a bit grungy, but simple, etc

I'd go for a Coccinelle Tote. Superb understated quality,no bling or overt logos.
