Crepey neck - there is nothing one can do, is there?

ISTR there isn't. It's suddenly going crepey and has bloody rings on it

Other than warring a Milady style choker all the time, is there anything I can do?

Well, you can come and chat to us Crepeys over here... but apart from that or the choker wearing probably not much you can do - except maybe cultivate an attitude which doesn't care too much...
