I love it

Mind you I'm a bit of an old fogey. I'll still like it even if you fashionistas don't!

I love it, wish they would let you buy on-line though :(

KikitheKitKat · 02/04/2015 16:16

Thanks Buzz, I've no idea when I'll get to wear it but am looking forward to it!

It's great - in fact I'm very impressed with the dresses and also bought one today - this And it's bloody cotton and pretty good quality. The skirt bit is also not too floaty, so it hangs well (and I speak as a larger old gimmer) and is, indeed, quite vintage-y looking.

KikitheKitKat · 02/04/2015 16:27

That looks nice too Moonshine. The parasol one hangs really well too, much heavier than you would expect for the price and really swishy skirt.

That's nice too moon, I looked at that last week when they were letting you double your nectar points.

glenthebattleostrich · 02/04/2015 16:30

I need a trip to sainsburys, it would be so much easier of they'd let you order online though.

moonshine · 02/04/2015 16:32

I'd definitely buy more if they were online as the selection in my Sainsburys is very small - and their jeggings are pretty good too. We need to start a campaign!

twirlypoo · 02/04/2015 16:33

Ooh I like both of those. I need to change supermarket!

AGnu · 02/04/2015 16:35

I was looking at both of those yesterday but money's a bit tight at the moment & I don't actually have a need for a new dress right now! Sad DSIL is pregnant though... Maybe I can convince DH I need a new dress for meeting the new baby... Or something... I might need to work on my story a little! Grin

emsyj · 02/04/2015 16:45

I bought both of those - and the printed sleeveless shirt dress and another print shirt dress. Loving Sainsbo's at the moment!

BuzzardBird · 02/04/2015 16:52

I think there are trying to get an on-line service available but they are years behind the competition. Too busy investing money in that Gok range which is horrible as he believes all women should be bound and tied for look nice :(

Mrsjayy · 02/04/2015 16:57

Dd got me a jacket from sainsbury 25% off plus her staff discount bargain 8 quid

JanePlough · 02/04/2015 17:05

They are doing an online pilot at the moment. I got an invitation a couple of months ago & am on my 3rd order Grin
I don't know when it's available to all though

AndWhenYouGetThere · 02/04/2015 17:07

There's no Clothing corner in my local sainsburys - or the one in the nearest "big town". Come on Sainsbo's!

moonshine · 02/04/2015 17:23

JanePlough how did you manage to get that Shock. Please feed back that they need to get a move on.

BuzzardBird agree re Gok. He seems like a nice guy but I personally do not want to be trussed up like a chicken to look good!

VeryVeryDarkGrey · 02/04/2015 17:26

I quite like the two linked. I'm always on the lookout for swishy skirts

Taystee · 02/04/2015 17:26

Is the parasol dress cotton?

WildBillfemale · 02/04/2015 17:41

The Tu yoga pants are the best for tall uns and only a tenner

teawamutu · 02/04/2015 17:52

I want to join the online pilot! Snot fair!

emsyj · 02/04/2015 18:16

Just checked the label and the parasol dress is indeed 100% cotton (and lined). I didn't especially like the print but tried it on and it is so much nicer on - a wearable length (just over the knee on me - I'm 5'7") and not low cut. I've ordered a French navy cropped cardi from Woolovers to go with it.

nochocolateformepleaseiwantgin · 02/04/2015 18:19

That's lovely.

I bought a dress from Sainsburys last summer and wore it to death.

Might nip down now for a nosey..;)

DealForTheKids · 02/04/2015 18:20

Ooh vair pretty, I like!

I am being smug cause I got £180 of Dickens and Jones gear for £60 in the HoF sale. DH was so overwhelmed by the saving he didn't mention the amount of stuff I'd bought Wink

IHeartKingThistle · 02/04/2015 19:13

I bought the black one yesterday too! I was pleasantly surprised at how good it looks on. I'm 5 9 though and it sits just above my knee - I'd rather it was 2 inches longer but at the price I'll put up with it!

shadesofwinter · 02/04/2015 19:16

I've got the skirt version of moonshine's dress. It's so flattering on

Mrsjayy · 02/04/2015 19:19

Your dress is lovely btw forgot to say was too busy bragging about my jacket. Why are Goks clothes so ugly and god damp heavy i lifted a top of a sale rail and nearly fell through the floor
