Shall I buy this dress?

Been sat with my finger hovering over the checkout button for about 30 mins.
I like it but wonder if the blue will be too bright but then the other half of me thinks it might be a change from the lack I usually wear.

Not really sure why im posting here but DH is less than helpful in clothes purchasing!

I like it, it's nice dress. I don't think it will look nice if its too tight across the hips. I think the pockets will gape and make your hips look bigger. If you are borderline then I'd go up a size

The colour should be the reason you buy it! It's a beautiful blue!

I'm not sure on the style, but that's just my taste.

I got this last week and it's lovely. Tempted with another colour too. It looks smart but is really comfy with leggings and boots.

I've tried that dress on. It comes up smaller than boden usually does. The colour is quite bright, but I liked it. It really exaggerated my big hips (even though I'm a size 10, my hips are relatively big) so I returned it.
