Dress to hide/take attention away from tummy

I had a baby last year and have a wobbly tummy that I plan on shifting but it isn't going anywhere fast. I would like to buy one dress that I can wear over the next few months if I go out in the evening(I don't go out much!). I have looked and come up with nothing so thought someone here might be able to help!?

5ft5, size 14-16, large boobs and hips and wobbly tummy, legs are fine but nothing too short, arms on the wobbly side but happy to cover those with a cardigan. Ideally would like a black dress so I can wear it multiple times with different shoes/accessories. Any ideas?

The warehouse one is lovely. I'm not sure if Jersey would cling in the wrong places on me, I might need some industrial underwear! definitely worth ordering and trying on though, Thanks. I like the idea of the heavier material of the first next one but worry it might look a bit officey. Have lost all confidence in how I look, feel like a squidgey mess most days.

I wore the next one with leopard shoes and handbag and a nice jacket. I thought it made it less officey.

I am same size as you (and height). I love this dress and despite having similar body 'ishoos' to you, i feel very confident in this dress. I have had a lot of compliments Wink

I love the bird print one, thanks! Doesn't seem to be in stock but have found it on eBay so will watch it so see how much it goes for. Do you find it true to size, not sure whether a 14 or 16 would be best to try?
That's a good idea nottheop I have some leopard shoes and a black cardigan with leopard trim, that might make it less officey. Will see if they have the dress to try in my local store.

I would normally be a 16 in a dress (big bust, arse etc. But the 14 was perfect.

Hope you find one.

Great, I have bid on a 14 on eBay as it might go quite cheap. Thank you for your help.
