Thighs - problem area needs fixing!

I'm an OK weight and eat a healthy diet but my legs are rubbish above the mid thigh. Doughy and fat compared with the rest of my legs, they sort of flare out above mid thigh.

What's best for sorting this? I have a fairly physical job where I rarely sit down and walk a lot outside of work. No time/babysitters/spare cash/motivation to go to gym so something I can do during my day.

Thanks :)

Unfortunately it's not possible to spot reduce so if you want to lose fat on your thighs you'll have to do it all over. Best way would be strict clean eating combined with a cardio and strength plan to tone the area.

I am doing a bikini body plan which is improving my flabby legs - however I have to work out 6 days pw - a mixture of strength training (I do this at home with weights, a bench and step) or cardio (running/spinning). It is hard work and a commitment but only takes an hour max out of my day.

I do find that squats with weights and leg stretches also with weights help. And I have a v pear shaped figure with the tendency to get flabby thighs.. 30 day shred inspired me with some moves I now replicate after a run.

Thank you, I might try squats etc. I'm slim (ish) overall, just that flabby area (and it is just flab and not toned rather than fat really) so it was toning exercises I was after.

I always have chunky thighs whatever my weight.(never been fat but have been thinner) It is how I'm made. So I dress appropriately and don't worry about it.

to get a bikini body; put a bikini on your body. Job done.

cool sculpting is meant to be good for reducing fat in stubborn places. I went to a presentation in London a few weeks ago and a couple of ladies there swore by it

...as the people selling it would!
