Where to get a life changing Haircut in west London?

I'm usually a Mumsnet haircut type, haven't been inside a salon in 5 years! The time has come to go get a fabulous haircut, as I don't have the nerve to cut my own hair short.

I'm having neurosurgery in a months time, where they'll shave the back of my head (ear to ear and down), so I'm looking for something radical. I don't want to leave it to the nurses to shave off 18 inches of hair, and that just won't be a good look after.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Budget is whatever it costs, I want a fabulous haircut! I'm strangely fixated on this for someone with a deep loathing of entering a salon.
