I am a tall size 16. From the front I look like an hourglass but from the side, my tummy goes out from under my boobs and in the wrong clothes, I can look pregnant Blush

I am OK at work as wear skirts a lot with blouses or dresses that hide my tummy but am struggling to find summer tops to wear with jeans that don't make me look pregnant.

Any recommendations?

First and foremost, high waisted jeans are a must.
Batwing, slouchy off the shoulder tops, a nice little blazer, fine knit tops as opposed to thicker knits.

There's a really active thread on the go just now, The apple and inverted triangle thread, you'll find loads of ideas on there

I like high waisted skinnies, long line vest with a boxier shaped top over it. For jackets a biker shape jacket in a nice fabric is my favourite casual option, not leather as its too stiff and adds bulk.

Thanks everyone. Will go and check out the other thread Smile

The Boden Bretton tops are good, as they are semi fitted. I'm same size as you and I prefer straight leg jeans to skinnies. I wear long bum covering cardigans on top (they must go in at the waist) and huge scarves. Heels or chunky shoes.
