Hi
Can anyone recommend where to buy decent leggings please? Next ones were great until they changed the waistband.
Good quality, not see through, and long is what I'm looking for.
Miss wearing my old ones....
Thank you Smile

There was a thread on this literally a week ago.

Sainsburys £10 ones. I

shitebag · 26/03/2015 19:24

I like New Look ones, they wash well and are thicker than others I've had.

GoofyIsACow · 26/03/2015 19:26

Yes, sainsburys, not the two pack ones, the ones with modal, single pair

solitudehappiness · 26/03/2015 20:01

ok, brilliant, I'll have a look in sainsburys. Thanks everyone Grin

I like white stuff.
Mint velvet used to be good. They have nice wide waistbands but the last pair I bought developed holes quite quickly. Shame because they keep their shape well.

chocolateyy · 26/03/2015 23:20

The tummy control ones from very.co.uk are amazing.

Never lose their shape or go baggy, they stay up, lovely & thick, with a tummy control panel that isn't too tight. Don't lose their colour either.

I can't link from my phone, but they do cropped, regular & petite.

Not cheap, but well worth the money.

superbfairywren · 27/03/2015 03:01

On recommendation here last week I bought the modal ones from Sainsburys and was impressed. They are very opaque even on my huge thighs(and out of habit I bought them probably 2 sizes too small-the next ones were always very generous!) And they had them in navy and grey too, so might have to buy more. I did find them slightly uncomfortable by the end if the day but I think that's just because i've got so used to my falling down maternity leggings!

lovenancy · 27/03/2015 08:20

I asked this question last week as I was looking for some dark navy leggings. I've found White Stuff leggings are fab quality but they don't do a dark navy, more muted shades of blue. I'd bought the Matalan £6 ones but they've bobbled before their first washing! I'm going to try the Sainsburys ones.

solitudehappiness · 27/03/2015 08:58

I've looked online for white stuff leggings, but there all out of stock. trip to sainsburys I think as I couldnt see the modal leggings on there website.
Sorry if question about leggings was asked before, and thanks so much for all your replies.

are these the ones chocolateyy? Are the sizes true or should I order up or down I'm a 14/16 in jeans.

chocolateyy · 28/03/2015 17:53

That's the ones Coclepew.

I'm between too with jeans, and go for the smaller size.

Cocolepew · 28/03/2015 18:30

Thanks Smile

Girlsbrigadewashorrible · 28/03/2015 19:19

I like the M and S ones which have a deep waistband and a cuffed ankle. They do a choice of lengths. I also have the Sainsburys ones but prefer the deep waistband on the M and S leggings.

LadyofSpain · 28/03/2015 19:37

The leggings made by Jenna are really good.....and only a fiver from Everything5pound online.

LadyofSpain · 28/03/2015 19:39
