Outfit for a christening

DD is being christened in May, and I don't know what to wear. I have spent the past 12 months wearing easy-access-to-my-boobs breastfeeding clothes (mainly jeans and loose tops), but I am going to assume that she will, by then, last the day without breastfeeding as she will be 14 months old. And the previous 6 months before that wearing maternity clothes. I'm not back at work yet, and have no idea how to look smart!

I am 5'4, size 12-14 with an hourglass shape (but nowhere near a flat tummy).

Any suggestions???

I quite like these trousers: www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/Womens-Trousers-Jeans/Trousers/WM371-NAV/Womens-Navy-Alexa-Trouser.html, but not sure what I would wear with them.

I'm a Boden fan and in fact thinking of ordering these myself but foe 'smart casual' wear - eg a barbecue.

I wonder whether, given the reviews mention the elasticated waist and that the material creases, you'll feel smart enough in them for a christening. I think a nice but not over the top dress would be ideal. You should have plenty of choice, both on the Boden site and elsewhere, in your size.
