Is it possible to open them?? I have a small amount of powder left in that just won't come out and I'm so tight I don't want to waste it by throwing it out

You can't get the top off but you can prise off the bottom.
Underneath you'll see that the middle section is separate. You need to get a knife under it & lever it off.
