Any anti cellulite recommendations

I've just seen a cream pop up on facebook that you put on and then wrap in clingfilm. I'm resisting the urge to buy it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for creams that actually work. I'm drinking water, eating healthily, loosing weight etc.....

I've used the soap and glory massage on stuff before but it's time consuming and results haven't really been much.

I think (sadly) that creams categorically do not work. Any old basic moisturiser will improve the appearance of cellulite - but absolutely nothing will make an actual difference to the cellulite itself. I'd definitely save your money with the cling film wrap things.

It sounds like you've got the right idea with the losing weight, drinking water, eating healthily. I guess doing some exercises that target the area might improve circulation/ tone-up the area which again will help a bit.

Apparently cellulite is largely genetic, and is basically one of the many effects of oestrogen on the female body, so there's not all that much that can be done.

That said, those basic lifestyle changes will have some effect I'm sure, and a basic moisturiser massaged in at night/in the morning.

Definitely don't waste your money on expensive products to treat it - you'll only be left with a hole in your pocket and very little/no difference.

Squats and lunges (both with weights). Lots of. The only thing that helps me
