Question about the bra intervention if you've already done it.

Sorry if this has been done to death but i'm late tot he party as usual and only measured myself this past few days.

I've gone from a 36dd to a 34e/f depending on the brand.

My question is though my under bust measures 35 so I went down as advised to 34. I feel so much more supported in all areas now, not having to hoik them back in if i've bent over, but the fat rolls? under the arm area and back fat bits, are they usual? and I just need to get down the gym, Or have I done it wrong?

Have you scooped (vigorously)? It sounds like you may need to go up a cup (or more) and possibly try a different style. What bra(s) did you buy in your new size?

Sorry but whats scooping?? i measured 35" under bust and across everything 42" so I worked it out to be 34e or f.

I just got a couple of next ones in 34e and a freya one in 34f to try, with the f there was quite a bit of space in the cup and i could get 3 fingers under the the middle of the bra that sits against your skin, with the E I feel more secure in it, I can barely fit 1 finger in he middle bit, and apart from the bulging out I fee much better than the 36dd's I was wearing.

There's a description here if you scroll down the page.

It sounds like you've got the band right but may need a bigger cup to accommodate all the breast tissue.
