Mineral foundation advice

I would like to treat myself to a good mineral powder foundation (as they all seem to have rave reviews) but there are so many on the market!

I am 42 and up until now I have used a tinted moisteriser but am looking for a bit more coverage. I don't want anything which looks cakey or magnifies any lines!!

Any advice would be much appreciated thanks.

I use lilylolo mineral makeup, if my skin is on the dryer side of normal I find it can look cakey/flaky though so have to be shit hot on keeping my skin well hydrated. They do tester pots pretty cheap on their website. The only other thing I could recommend is to try some at a counter, and see how you feel with it on your face, some people don't like the feeling of it and it just doesn't suit their skin, so best to try before you go spendy on it Smile

Oh and it depends what your reasons are for choosing it, as to which brand you go for...i chose the lilylolo because it is all natural, some of the big brand mineral formulas have got mineral ingredients but standard make up ingredients in there as well. I used to use a Clinique one and while the coverage was great, it was definitely not all natural.
