T-shirts...tuck in or out (when DP has a beer gut?)

Mine leaves it out when just in a t-shirt in summer, often overhanging his gut, or worse, not covering his gut as the t is too short & doesn't go down to his waist level!

Tucks in if wearing as a vest under a casual shirt.

Casual shirts an issue too as 'tucked in' emphasises gut; 'tucked out' leaves the overhang problem.

Any tips? He's trying to lose weight but a looooong way to go!

Can he get a sucky-in vest? That might help if he's feeling self conscious.

In the meantime chuck any too-short t shirts and tops.

I think tucked out.

I agree - 'tucked out' is better, but those too-short t-shirts are so not a good look! They seem ok when I buy them, but seem to shrink in length when washed! I wouldn't mind if they shrank a little width-ways!
