Spring/summer jacket for a pear shape

Hi I'm clueless about fashion but really need a smart casual jacket for spring.
I'm pear shaped and really want something with a waist. Are there any decent jackets around yet?
All advice welcome, I hate shopping and end up wandering around aimlessly and occasionally crying in the changing rooms.

Whenshewas - it looks like we need either something cropped or that finishes below the bum. I have quite a long body and struggle to find jackets long enough.

I was hoping to find a jersey blazer that fits the bill, but found nothing yet.
