Celine micro luggage handbag.

This is going to be my fortieth birthday present to myself next year :-)

Or it might be the next size up? But it's definitely celine.

Célene purple phantom. It costs ££££. Loads of similar styles on the high street just now but not seen any in purple.

The tab to close the 'smile' is different on the phantom. The stick out sides are larger and the leather is softer and more grainy. It also doesn't have a zip at the top to close it, it has two leather straps that clip together.

I don't have either myself but it's a bag I admire (and wish I could afford) so I have researched them a fair bit.

Yeah sorry I see that now - I thought the medium luggage and the phantom were two different bags and I couldn't see any difference at all! But obviously it's quite different from the micro, that makes more sense, heh.

I like them both but I think I prefer the micro. I'll have to make a trip to see them in the flesh before I make up my mind.

Hmmmmm I will need to research this very carefully. Does it make any difference if it's for work or leisure? Would you recommend one or the other for a work bag?

I can fit both my laptop and filles along with my usual stuff, and it looks great off duty, they both work for work and leisure, its just a matter of personal taste regarding the shape,

I have always thought I wanted the more structured style for work but I suppose you're right, the other shape makes it more versatile. Sigh. So many months to wait
