Phillips Lumea - does it work??

I bought one in Jan and have used it as instructed every two weeks since (so 8 times I think) on level 5, but although maybe some hair reduction, not enough to really help or count for much. Should I carry on or write it off as a hopeless waste of money? I am fair skinned and dark haired if that makes any difference.

It has worked really well for me. I think I used it every two weeks for around 2 months and then I stopped for a couple of months - after about 3 months I started to get regrowth so am doing it again. It hasn't been permanent for me but for 30mins every few weeks it's worth the smooth results.

I've only used it for two weeks, did my second treatment yesterday, but cam already see an improvement. I only do my underarms so it's only About 3 minutes out of my day every two weeks and the some bits grew significantly less in the past two weeks. I will wait and see if it continues to work.

How does it work? Are the results supposed to be permanent? It seems really expensive if it only has a temporary effect. Is it safe?

I'm finding the same, but only used it once or twice so far. I have fairly light skin and dark hair, particularly under arms, but so far it's still growing quickly and strongly. I'm hoping it won't be a massive waste of money...

I find that it does work, but it really does take as long as it says it will in the instructions. And then if you completely stop, obviously it stops working this is what I did Grin.

I didn't shave at all after my 2nd session 2 weeks ago as I wanted to really see what difference there was. I had much reduced regrowth on underarms-less hair and it was quite short even after the full 2 weeks, only patchy regrowth on top lip almost no regrowth at all on bikini line and thighs (which has had paler, finer hair). My lower legs had patches where there was almost no hair and then other bits where there wasn't much change from usual regrowth-I'm wondering if I either missed bits on one of the sessions or went over certain areas more on one of them as the bits that have regrown are in vertical lines!

Basically I already think it was worth every penny and am so excited by the results. Did my third session last night and so looking forward to seeing what does/doesn't grow this time!

I have to say my legs take longer than advertised and consequently the battery does before I can do everything so have to do in stages but so far it's been worth it all and is a small inconvenience for big rewards.

The white eye liner tip is really necessary for me because otherwise it's almost impossible to keep track of where you have done.

Oh and I also have pale skin and dark hair and used to get my lower legs waxed fairly often but have never had thighs, underarms or bikini line done and only waxed top lip a couple of times so wondering if that has something to do with the regrowth? I remember reading somewhere during my research someone that said it worked better on areas that hadn't previously been waxed.
