can anyone get me the right shoes

short and fat of leg so struggle with shoes. would love a navy/blue pair which are casual , but dont suit trainers and need a heel -so lots of the ballerina pumps which look gorgeous I know I wouldnt wear because they are too flat .Any suggestions

have trillions of boots-looking for something for the summer. have very small feet -size 3 and brogues just dont look right. maybe just too fussy but thanks for suggestions
