Do Michael kors bags go on sale?

Yes - throughout the year on the outnet and other discount sites, then end of season where they are sold at full price (selfridges etc). They can also be bought direct from the US for cheaper than UK price, but you will pay import duties on the quoted price (VAT and charges).
You can also buy them at outlet stores, but MK are notorious for producing bags just to sell at their outlets (they will look slightly different).
