Bra Intervention help please!

I desperately need help to get some proper fitting bra's.

I have found that since stopping breastfeeding last year that my boobs have shrivelled to nothing! :(. I tried on my old 36A wonderbra and it was completely empty! The last time I had a bra intervention it turned out that I should have been wearing a 34D instead of the 36A's I'd been in.

I measured myself this morning and mt rib cage is 31 inches, my boobs are 32. So should I be in 32B's?

Did you measure as detailed here?

You might find more support with a 30 back so try a 30B/C

Did you take the over bust measurement bending over without a bra on?

Bending over the measurement was closer to 35 inches.

You could be looking at a 30DD then. A half cup or balconnette bra will probably be the best shape if you are fuller at the bottom

Doesn't sound like a friendly size that i can find everywhere.

It's getting better - you'll find the big department stores like Debenhams, John Lewis, House of Fraser etc will have that size in stock. Bravissimo if you have one locally, and there are loads of places on line like leia, brastop etc
