Next Sale - is it worth it?

I noticed that Next has a sale starting tomorrow. I generally don't make it along on until Saturday afternoon / Sunday morning and usually find hardly anything worth buying. I'm wondering if all the good stuff goes early?

I know people queue up outside for hours to get in first. I don't want to go that far but I since starting nightshift I am usually wide awake by 4am on my days off anyway so wondering if it's worth while popping along at 5am.

I could be doing with a few tops for work and some stuff for DD. I was thinking of going in today to try some things on and then going back tomorrow morning to see if I can pick them up in the sale. Is it really worth the effort? Do they have good stuff early on?

The summer and Xmas sale are the best ones, I've always found the other ones have only got selected stuff not everything on sale!

I bought a couple of bits yesterday in the vip sale not sure if that's the same as the one that goes public but it was pretty rubbish, got 2 loungewear tops some necklaces and a pair of leather hi tops for £20, nothing really avail for ds (2)

They may not have a lot of stuff on sale so not sure if it's worth you going in to try on, can you order a few things that are on sale and try them on at home?

I also had a VIP slot yesterday and it was dire. Everything I tried to buy was already out of stock - and I had the first time slot.

No, I don't think it's worth it. I bought stuff in their Christmas Sale (I didn't que in the middle of the night for it because I love my sleep/bed too much ) and the quality was very poor and the items didn't wash well. At our local shop, a specific gang of gypsies turned up, skipped the que and bulk bought apparently.

I had my vip slot online last night. I've bought 2.tops for dh, and trainers, couple of bits for DD and quite a bit for me, random things mind like uber fluffy earmuffs (that I'll never wear...)

I got a few things for the dcs in the vip sale but it was pretty crap for womanswear. I get really frustrated with their online sales because I preview them them when it comes to buying everything decent is sold out.
