Home hair dye

I've been paying through the nose to have my hair highlighted every 2 months.
I can't justify it anymore so am going to go for a home hair due kit- probably a light brown.

What is the best quality home hair dye you can buy? I don't want to ruin my hair!

TIA x

Just beware as it may look really dull and boring after the brightness and multi tone of highlights. have you though about ombre instead at the salon and then you can keep it up yourself if they take the root part back to your natural colour.

That's what I'm worried about. My hairdresser is quite good so will ask her when I go in for a cut.

Perhaps I just need to find a cheaper salon!

I used to be paying through the nose too and the time it took was ages and ages which was hard to get childcare. I now have a mobile hairdresser come to my house and I have a full head highlights, cut and blow dry for £45. and no need for babysitters! :) just a thought for you

£45! That's amazing! I hadn't thought of that actually- will get googling! Thanks Smile
