Shall I wear it bikini (photo)

My first ever post (long time lurker though )
Honest opinion please ,possibility of 2 weeks in tropics ,but after 3 babies and being almost 40 years old I hate my body.

So with body as this one in the pics would you wear bikini or not ....I don't think I'm brave enough

Do you have any DDs? For them, at least, wear it and don't breathe a word about feeling uncomfortable. Girls get a lot of their body image from their mothers, and if they grow up with a mother saying she hates her body they will learn to hate their own bodies in the same way.

For what it's worth, I think you have a great figure and the bikini suits you - I would love to be hourglass and have skin like that!

I am almost 40 and have had 3 babies. I'm slim but like others pale and wobbly and don't have the lovely balanced figure you have - I'm very lacking in the boob department. I'd be looking enviously at you if I saw you on holiday!

I don't think any of us should feel we 'can' or 'can't ' wear a bikini but we do worry about these things and that's worth bearing in mind - a very large proportion of women you see on holiday will also be worrying about how they look in a bikini!

I am not being sycophantic when I say you look fantastic, because you really do. I am slim, but have no boobs, and don't look anything like as good as that in a bikini.

I think you look great! I wish I had your body. Take it and you'll probably feel different when you're there and end up wearing without a second thought. It's bound to feel a bit strange in your house when you're used to wearing clothes, beach will be different. Am I making sense?!

I'm a similar age and have had 3 DC who are all still young and although I'm fairly slim I do have stretch marks on my tummy.
The other day I put my bikini on and thought - actually you look pretty damn good!

I wore one for the first time at the age of 50....and wish I had years ago. I do have body dysmorphia....not helped by h's obsession with my weight and lack of abs.
I realised that actually at six feet tall and weighing eleven stone I actually had a great body.

I understand that you can have body issues no matter the size, but let's just say I think my things are at least half again as big as yours and I would wear a bikini (while feeling self-conscious but ignoring them)

Is this for real?! Surely you can see you have a fabulous figure. Look amazing! The vast majority of the population would kill to look like you.

Honestly, it looks good. Wear it. I know where you're coming from though. I haven't worn a bikini in about 15 years.

You look good but I inow sometimes what others see is not what you see! I think bikinis are for holidays Size irrelevant.

What is it that you hate about your body?

If I looked like that, I wouldn't wear a bikini... I would parade around naked!! And not just on holiday (7.5 months pg here, and feeling enormous)

I am much much larger than you and wear a bikini on holiday.

Always wear a bikini. no matter what your size
swimming costumes make everyone look fatter and often like seals added to the fact that you will roast in them
